Kate East is a stressed out mental health and community advocate in the Midwest. A woman that is powered by AuDHD, plants, cats and chocolate. She currently lives in Kansas with her four kids, four cats and two dogs. Yes, somehow all the beings in her home are alive including the plants… for now.
